Introduction

Your Personal Profile website is one of the biggies here, it is the starting point of getting your digital presence in place, and its also where all of your traffic is going, so that you can capture leads! In fact, it would be too hard to get any of this done, without your personal website. 

You are going to have to work with us on this. We can supply it, we will set it up for you but you have to work with us and give us the content required to make this effective.

There is a checklist below that you can tick off as you collect the assets needed to get this done.

There is also a download version of the checklist, do this now. Get going on this. There are training sessions below, guiding you on how to get all the assets done, and once you have them all, you can submit them using the form on this page. We will require the below from you to build your Agent site.

Section 2: All about you

  • We need this information to get your website ready – please get this to us within 7 working days
  • Upload your personal logo here. It should be a jpeg or png format with transparent background. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LABEL ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH Name-Surname-DocumentName. Example: Name-Surname-Logo.jpg
    Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, Max. file size: 16 MB.
  • (Required image resolution is 1920px width*960px height). PLEASE REMEMBER TO LABEL ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH Name-Surname-DocumentName. Example: Name-Surname-Banner.jpg
    Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, Max. file size: 16 MB.
  • Upload a word doc (paper for mac) with your content for your about section, your full bio and a mini bio. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LABEL ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH Name-Surname-DocumentName. Example: Name-Surname-About.docx
    Accepted file types: docx, doc, pdf, Max. file size: 16 MB.
  • Type in the link to your profile video, if you have one. (Only Youtube or Vimeo)
  • Your Office Phone Number
  • Where your offices are located (for Google Maps)
  • Your Mobile Phone Number
  • Read only
  • Your Facebook ID
  • If you have one
  • Gather your testimonials written into a word document and upload here. (Format: Name and review) (up to 10 testimonials – in Microsoft word format). PLEASE REMEMBER TO LABEL ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH Name-Surname-DocumentName. Example: Name-Surname-Testimonials.docx
    Max. file size: 16 MB.
  • If you have any video testimonials, type the links in here (Youtube or Vimeo). One video link per line.

Section 4: Other Website Information

  • This is additional information, if you do not have any of this, we will use generic articles and FAQs here.
  • This field is hidden when viewing the form
  • External links to property videos, title and image for properties if required.
  • Type in the URL links for any stories, helpful or other videos you already have (Please make sure they are YouTube/Vimeo) (We will load up to 6 videos)
  • Your Blog. Gather 3 articles or blog posts you have written into a word document and upload here. Max 3 articles includes: Title, Image, Copy Content. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LABEL ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH Name-Surname-DocumentName. Example: Name-Surname-Blog.docx

  • Min 3, we will load up to 5 Frequently asked questions and answers. For the FAQ section of your website, you will need to create a few Frequently asked questions. We have a few generic ones we have already put in, but please give us at least 3… Gather 3 FAQs you have written into a word document and upload here. Min 3 articles, Max of 5 articles includes Title, Image, Copy Content. Question / Answer Format. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LABEL ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH Name-Surname-DocumentName.
